Hi, I’m Vicky. I am the Founder and Managing Director of VHFR - Victoria Howard Financial Recruitment, a specialist agency placing finance professionals across the North-West.

Having worked and specialised in servicing Shared Service Centre’s (SSC’s), I recognise the challenge a business of this type faces in both ensuring the right staff implementation and attracting the best employees, especially when a new transition to this structure is being made.
Identifying candidates that are suitable for the culture is business critical. I also understand the need for standardisation and quality of process implementation which often candidates need to either bring experience of or make the transition.
In the transition to an SSC and indeed maintaining a slick operation, we appreciate improving efficiencies there’s always a continued attempt to reach a ‘blueprint operation’ and thus always a need to attract the best calibre individuals that effect the relevant business
